Text of Complaint by Amit Kumar Jha:

Dear Team,

I’m in Kolkata due to medical exigency and I tried to check the postpaid plan but by mistaken request was generated for Postpaid connection. Once the request was generated that time only requested jio to cancel this request but still they convert my sim from prepaid to postpaid. Again I called to customer care but they are speaking like robot. They are continuously telling same line. I informed him that My Brother is admitted in Narayana hospital Kolkata and their open-heart surgery is scheduled and I need to stay here almost a month so it’s not possible to go to Asansol jio store for SIM porting postpaid to prepaid process. Also informed him that before porting my sim from prepaid to postpaid requested him to cancel this request but still my request was processed.
Requesting you to please convert my SIM from prepaid to postpaid. I’m not in a position to pay any billed amount.
