Jio promissed to provide unlimited speed for subscribed user. But since jio 3 years I have been experiencing poor internet speed and call quality.Many of my client were missed because of this. I started thinking that they are providing 2g network for countryside people and charging them for 4g speed.
even after several complaints still the action has not been taken.
during complaint they tell the reason that there are many users so my question is should company give good service to many users or bad service?
Hope atleast somebody help me and my villagers.
