This refer to order number 10 June 2025

While ordering delivery instructions was provided to deliver after 4PM on delivery date. But the delivery agent called me at @12:30pm asking are you at home. I told him please come after 4pm. He said ok. But he didn’t came back. When I asked to customer care the status changed to out for delivery at 8:30pm. But no one came. At 11pm status seen that order cancelled as customer reject the delivery which is very wrong. I raised concern over phone and ask to take action for false updates. But he said we can’t do anything now and you can reorder the material.
So I ordered again on 16 June 2025 (order no.
408-0765941-8571555 ). Delivery was showing on the same day but not delivered. While product reached pune office at 1245pm on 16.jun 25 but till time no status for put for delivery. Now status saying if not delivered today you can order tomorrow.
From 17th to 22nd June almost ten to fifteen times we called amazon every time new person was assigned and we needed to tell the whole story from the beginning every time they promised to take the action on the delivery boy, the Rettler, the seller. Second time also the product returned to seller without consumer consent and amazon told to place a new order. The name of the was Darshita Etel and the delivery station was Pimpri Chinchwad Pune.
This is very pathetic experience with Amazon. I am the prime member since several years.
Can I get root cause and expect to resolve the issue on fast track basis.
