Dear Sir,
More than 80 days my scooter has not been working and the same was reported as per ola system requirements on Ola App, Email, Whatsapp. But Nobody has support me, on several emergency service requests also. I had personally contacted ola several times to customer service on mobile, email and whatsapp but no one has supported me with a proper solution for repairs . After getting fed up, I arranged commercial transport for lifting the scooter for transportation by own and handover to ola Faridabad NIT service center. Now Already 75 days has been passed out but till dates there are no response from ola side it ola app status shows that the service under repair but not getting the exact date & time.. I had are requested kindly confirm how much time required for repairs and when they will be hand over the scooter to me. I Had spent Rs 1500per day for my exam up and down. I am facing the transportation & time consuming on road problems for regular college up and down. Why should I not claim for Rs 1200 per day on ola for my college travel expenses?.
Enen lot of reminder to ola on Emails but not getting a solution to me, Why should not file the case in court against Ola CEO Bhaves Agrawal either to carry out the customer repair works within time limit or close out the business unit because nobody is the responsible person in his business unit for customer service. Everyone is passing the responsibility on to the CEO.
