Dear sir/mam

I wanted to file a complaint against the portal paytm .we have booked the flight ticket of air india through paytm .the traveling is schedule on 11 may but due to the pandemic the flights are not working thats why we have not travelled.

We have requested for the refund of our money but the paytm is charging a lot charges on it.we don’t want to reschedule our traveling but they charging a huge amount of charges on it.

We have not cancelled our tickets due to pandemic of covid-10 the flights are not working.we have not cancelled the tickets then why they are charging a charge on tickets money.

I want my full money to be refunded back as soon as possible.
