I booked my flight ticket from mumbai to allahabad on 2nd of October from travolook
My ticket was cancelled by travolook with the reason fare expiration. But my money amount 4068 rs was deducted from my account . They didn’t even sent a single message or mail regarding my refund initiation.
I called them on there customer care number Immediately , they told me that refund will be completed in 7-10 working days .
From 2nd October till 17 November i called them 12-15 times and everytime there callers came with same excuse that sir process has been started and u will get refund in next 3-4 days . But i didn’t got my money back yet.
I have few of there customer care representative name as well
Shikha, simi, jitendra, shikha, malvika, abhishek, ishita .
Who gives them right to keep my money for this long? They are stealing our money!I have given them enough time. I m loosing patience, sir I m just a ordinary student . Please help me out.
