My flight was cancelled on 31 March 2024. It was cancelled by Vistara and booking was done through Make My Trip. Expected date of refund was 18.4.24 but I didnt get my refund as make my trip is saying that airline is not giving. Airline is saying we have given. Where should I go, these agencies have kept my money and just asking to wait for 3 months. Why should I wait 3 months for my money where they both are responsible. Please take strict action against them and help me get my refund back.
