i got refund from FlipkartRs. 863. i provided my Paytm saving account number to Flipkart andthey have transfered my refund in this account and provided me transaction id which is NFT-022700276GN00266
But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contact they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.
But Paytm Paytm bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no information regarding this transaction id which Flipkart provided NFT-022700276GN00266
Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all and i am in big trouble Flipkart is saying they can’t do anything without charge dispute refference number.
Consumer court, please give me justice .
