Text of Complaint by Dipesh Raj Karna:

I’ve paid my subscription fees and loan emi on 8th of January 2022 amount Rs. 1907. Though amount was successfully paid, this fraud app didn’t show that my dues were successfully paid and around 4-5pm I got call from their customer executive who was talking like street goon and threating me regarding my CIBIL score. She made me pay the due amount twice.
But for your information sir, since I’ve paid my dues already in the morning, they are not giving me my refund amount. It’s been twelve days since the amount were paid.
