I got a product from meesho (shadowfax) on 27 june which order number is 6291529699 on my name and address but didn’t placed any order of that product I have just received that product unknowingly after realising it’s not my product I wanted to return it back, I asked for help on meesho I called them and I told them about my problem and also that I want to return the product back to them, they assure me then that product will be taken back and I’ll get my refund back I just have to add my bank account details to the app , after some days they collected it back on 5th of July and it’s pickup number is :984415779989_1 now it’s been 1 month almost and I’m asking for help asking for my refund trying to get my refund back but I’m not getting it after so long when I have tried for asking help talking to the meesho company they are saying I’m not gonna get it and no complaints has been placed from my I’d this is ridiculous I want them to give my money back I want my refund back
