I have made a purchase from Knya med, for my scrubs, as they were unable to deliver my product after many days, I had repeatedly emailed them to cancel it and refund my amount.
Since then I have messaged them many times, made calls for the same reasons, and haven’t got any refund yet.
All they do is make fake promises, that the refund will be don’t in 24 hours, always the same dialogues.
So many people are facing this issue. I want to take strict action against this frauds.
