Text of Complaint by Santosh kumar:

My name is Santosh Kumar and I was having airtel number 9910292595 from last 10+ Years. Unfortunately, Last month I have lost my phone and when I visited airtel store to get the new sim card of same number , Executive told me that the number is allotted to Nirmala Kumar. I don’t have any member with the same name in my family and in nearby relation. I think there might be any mistake by the airtel store from where I bought the SIM initially. I have visited airtel store multiple times but the request is denied.

I am working as an Insurance agent and my clients are having this number only. This number is registered  in my Office ID Card, Adhar Card etc. from the start.
