I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company regarding the online course “Physics Wallah.” Despite making the payment for the course, I have not received any access to the course material or any communication from your company. I have tried calling your customer support multiple times, but there has been no response. This lack of communication and failure to provide the course has caused me great inconvenience and frustration.
I would like to bring to your attention that I made the payment for the Physics Wallah course on [date] through your online portal. The payment was successfully processed, and I received a confirmation email for the same. However, I have not received any login credentials or access to the course material till date. I have tried contacting your customer support through the phone number provided on your website, but there has been no response.
