I am working an delivery boy in one company we collect Cash on delivery parcel amount and pay end of the day in office in that time I opened bharatpe account and started accepting payments through QR code of bharatpe after that I withdrawal to my bank account. 2nd August i withdrawn through UPI 10553/- rupees to my account from that day it’s showing pending i contacted customer support on 3rd August they told please wait until 10th August. I also waited no update from them. After 11th august again I contacted to customer support they told please wait untill it’s resolve there is no time period to resolve . Today also I contact same reply they gave more than 40 days still they didn’t get any update from concern team .
