I had ordered a mobile phone named as genex galaxy m30s from m/s mobylstore against my online payment through debit card for rs.2999.00 on 16.05.2020. And as per my record it went to some divyanshu jain through PAYU.gate ID.no.321725809.Now till today i have not got my ordered mobile phone as per the ad and mobylestore is not responding to my e mails.
Please help me to get back my money as i am a person of 70 years old. As per the mobylstore website their office is at Mumbai. Though now i have the doubt that whether that is also true.
