I have been using Airtel prepaid service for last six months. Despite I got message from Airtel that, ‘ Activated for Missed Call Alert’  (MCA) service by SMS. But I am not getting any message still now. I had tried to complaint this issue with customer care no. 121. nothing happened.  In my mobile setting it shows as call waiting option is activated. Hence, I kindly request you to activate the same at the earliest.  At the same time I am using Jio & BSNL sim inthe same mobile I am getting MCA message & call waiting information also.
