From last 5 days I’m not getting Internet speed on my phone. I’m using postpaid Sim and paying nearly 800pm but only getting speed of 2kbps. Even simple WhatsApp message also taking time. I am using phone for my son’s online class and due to speed I can’t even able to download photo of mere 2mb. Regarding this problem I have contacted customer care but they also couldn’t able to resolve my problem. I don’t know what am I suppose to do.I’m not paying this much for this kind of ridiculous speed. If you are not able to solve my problem then I will switch to another operator.
