Sir/Madam

My name is anu antony and am a airtel broadband customer. From last month 25th aug my broadband is not working. I registered a complaint regarding this issue in airtel and they told me a technician will visit to rectify the issue, but till date no one visited my home. Actually my wife is using the broadband connection for her work from home purpose and because of the connectivity issue she is facing issues in her work. Since we have a small baby, working at office is not possible and that’s why we are using this airtel broadband connection. The airtel customer care is giving fake promises like from last week regarding the issue and my wife had salary deduction by trusting airtel. The always give a time like ” the issue will resolve tomorrow 11 o clock etc” and we expect till the time and nothing will happen. These fake practices continuing from airtel side from last month.Kindly do necessary action on the above issue and provide compensation if possible regarding the same. Necessary details of the connection is attached herewith for your kind reference.
