I was using airtel sim for the past years. Currently i changed the sim airtel into jio network. Now I’m not getting any calls from that number., If anyone is trying call that number the network will show currently the number is switch off but my mobile is actually not and if i’m trying to call other person using that number the call is allowed that indicated couldn’t connect..
I’m very depressed changing the number into jio.., My neighbours, friends and parents are scolding me why you’re phone is always switched off ? and why you changed the network airtel to jio. I also visited the jio store but i’m not getting any response from the store.
Please consider my application and give proper response for my complaint.
