I joined Airtel’s network in the first week of October, after scheduling a delivery I received a call from the sales team to whom I explained the whole story with regards to the internet speed at my location, they gave me an assurance stating that a visit will be scheduled by the network team once you port in and the network gets activated, it is since then that I have been writing mails to the nodal officer and the to the appellate, but seems like no resolution has taken place. It been more than a month but no resolution has happened which could deliver me a good internet speed.
