Its really disheartening to bring an issue which have bothered me a lot and have caused mental harassment over the issue.

I placed order for Hatchimal Doll Qty 02 (R) Qty 02 for Rs11998/- 

vide order ID.  171-7127688-3602762

Misleading Image Display: 

I actually wanted to return the item as I was confused by the display of 02 dolls as the image was misleading in the selling list which was showing 02 dolls for 01 order quantity. Even many customers also felt the same including the customer care executive.  So I raised a complaint initially about the same and to the customer care. However it was not accepted as the confusion was same even with the costumer care executive team.. As per the product description it’s only 01 doll for 01 product quantity which can only be understood after going through the product details. Even the customer executives of Amazon got confused initially. 

 RETURN REQUEST FOR 2 Quantities: 

I was initially excited as i was under the impression that I will get 02 dolls for each order and a total of 04 dolls as I placed order for Qty 02.  On receipt of the item I was disappointed and I got only 01 doll for each order against the image which displayed 02 dolls for each quantity. I felt that since paying 11998/- for only 02 dolls  is not worth and I placed a return request. 

Return picked up 2 Quantities: 

So my return was accepted vide return id.. 

171-7127688-3602762 after so many repeated requests and finally the pick up agent from Amazon picked up my items. I returned both the quantities of dolls of my orders worth 11998/-

( Qty 01 doll for each order and I placed 02 orders so total quantities are 02 dolls). The guy picked up both the dolls and packed through his distributor and sent back to the seller as per normal Amazon return procedures. 

Received refund for only one quantity: 

However i only got refund of Rs 5999/-  for Qty 01 doll from Amazon in spite of me returning Qty 02 dolls worth 11998/-. I repeatedly called the customer care and they convinced me that I sent back only 01 doll. 

Mental stress : 

In spite of me returning 02 dolls which was acknowledged by the pick up guy I was denied the refund and I underwent mental stress of having been cheated for no fault anyone. Its a mistake or misunderstanding I don’t know but i feel really cheated and also I feel disappointed 

I’m very tired and I’m literally disappointed with Amazon who couldn’t cross check with pick up agent the quantity of dolls returned and in fact palmed it on me to do the same.

I however with my efforts finally convinced the Amazon distributor in my locality to acknowledge the receipt of Qty 02 dolls of Rs 11998/-  and managed the receipt of the same. I have attached the same with this mail.

I’ve a voice recoding of the amazon agent accepting my return of 2 dolls (2 quantities) I have attached the same with this mail.

I WANT MY FULL MONEY BACK : 

I kindly request you to issue the refund of my remaining order Rs 5999/- and request not to torture me further as already I have faced enough harassment both from customer care and from the pick up agent. I hope Amazon understands and lives to its reputation of satisfying its customers.
