By mistake we have booked Tickets wrong on date 15.03.19 through PayTM with Booking ID 7649232065. That has happens as we want to book tickets from 29.03.19 to 03.04.19, buy by mistake we have select date 29.04.19 to 03.05.19.
So clearly its shows it was happens due to typing mistake, we have request immediately with in 20 mins to Help line number 01204880880(request ID – 114529107), and we have request for full refund or date change, but next days you said that full refund not possible as Thai air refuges, this was very surprise to us that company like Paytm not able to refund even after giving confirmation of mistake by 20 mins.
Due to which we have to face loss of 37000 approx, so we need full refund from Paytm
