I had ordered two products but got only one product.
When the parcel came , I received it. There was written on the packet that it had two products and there was amount of two products on it. I thought there will be both the products inside. But when I opened it , there was only one product but I paid for the two. I complained about it to the shopping site many times. I told them either to give the missing product or refund me. But it is not responding to it. I got only one product in the price of two. The price of the product was 577 each, means total price was 1154. Please help me to get my money back from meesho online shopping app.
