I owned broadband connection 0124-4218307. I shifted to new place where there is no lan connection available as per Airtel outlet. So I raised request for connection discontinue. After request logged on esupport@in.airtel.com . I got call on second day and insisted by the executive to withdraw safe custody of the connection and we will check if the connection can be shifted to your new place. If there seems any possibility then team shift the connection and if connection is not available to your location then will discontinue your connection.
Now I reactivate my number and when trying to reach with esupport@in.airtel.com team is saying your request is closed as per discussion with our executive. This is ditch from customer service end at airtel.
I need to get my broadband connection ASAP, I can avoid any further payment to airtel for the connection which I am not using.
