I Ashok Kumar Jain applied for new connection in indore. This is the complaint regarding mishandling and misguiding to a customer. I want a solution as soon as possible.
Hi, your Airtel Xstream Fiber Application No. is 07313339934. Our engineer will call you within 24 Hrs to schedule an appointment for installing your connection. Please remember to have your wifi router installed in a central position of your home/office for best wifi coverage.
This connection is for 348 MR-6 Pipaliya kumar, 452010. Now they are saying we can’t provide you connection due to Ott unavailability. We are apply for the approval and all but not getting connection till now. I want connection as soon as possible. They are saying that our connection not their and others things. If your network not present their directly say no to customer. Why wasting time.
