I booked zoom car for 2 times, both time i didn’t get the car i waited for more then 2 hours then i got refund for the 1st time and for 2nd time its been 2.10 hours still i am waiting for car.
1st time they don’t have car (got refund)
2nd time driver phone is switched off, its already been 2 hours but they are not maintaining time, in service time is money and they are not delivered on time
