I am using Airtel Wifi hotspot number 7757043182 and I am currently in my Home town (jaipur) due to COVID 19 and working from home. I am not getting any internet connectivity from Airtel Wifi hotspot device since I came here and I made a complaint for same on 19th June Complaint number 31-3071543692582.. there has been no action taken by Airtel on complaint so far and everytime I call on call centre they ask me to wait for 48 hours. I am facing lot of issues due to no internet connectivity in working from home. this is no how our prime minister expect us to get Digital.
Airtel is sending me bill for each month and when I asked that since I didn’t got any services I need refund of bill I paid, they are not taking that request either.
I am facing lot of issue due to Airtel not taking any action for a month now and it is impact my office work too.
Need someone to please help me in getting this escalated
