A few days ago oir airtel wifi stopped working due to some issues and we got a text message that it will be fixed shortly. They kept postponing their time and sent us a text that they have fixed the problem the next day, when I checked my wifi was still not working. So I waited for that day but it didn’t work even then. So I called the customer care and they said that I already have a complaint pending( which I didn’t raise), and until that complaint is active they can’t raise a new complaint, they told me to wait and that it will be resolved within 4 hours, its been 3 days now and nothing has been resolved. I never even got a call from them regarding the issue and I myself have called them 5 times, they just keep telling me to wait.
