I am a user of the Airtel mobile network and the Airtel Digital TV for more than 10 years.
But since 05/08/2020, I don’t get Airtel mobile network coverage. from that date I didn’t get any Incoming calls, Text messages,Internet and I didn’t able to make any outgoing calls or Text messages. before above mentioned date, I used to get full network coverage of Airtel mobile networks.
I could able to knew that it is because of the Airtel Tower Complaint. The address of nearby area where the tower located is Koovapoyil,Kozhikode (DT), Kerala(ST),India.. When i went to the next Airtel tower located area, I got full mobile network coverage. So I could able to make sure that It was the problem of mentioned Airtel tower.
For the past ten years this kind of problem never occurred. I had waited for more than a week to resolve the complaint, but Airtel authorities are not resolving it.
Please take appropriate action.
