• Myself kishor darade, i am staying in new sangvi area which is near to Aundh, Pune.
• Since last 1 week i am not getting a proper 4G network in my area, so i called customer care for this issue but they are saying already they are working on this issue since last 4-5 days, that reply was really shocked me, means you can imagine how they are proactive in support to troubleshoot such issues.

We are already paying a lot of rupees on using their service as they commits in advertise, but this is completely a bullshit by Airtel in giving proper service to customer. From last week i am unable to use the internet properly means unncessarily i am paying a lots of rupees on their packs and in return they are not giving the proper service to the customer as they commits everywhere.
