free tickets from Srinagar to Jammu and one from Jammu to Srinagar on 21st of March 2021 but I didn’t receive any refund because those tickets got canceled due to fair spike or some other reason they gave me and I have been calling the customer care for the past 3 days and day after 27 people of waiting list cut my call when I asked for the refund or ask them what is going on
