Hi, I have got a student credit card from Slice Pay App in my college days, on the name of credit card , they actually do sanction a consumer loan of a limited amount from their partnered NBFC & call it a credit Line.
In my case the the NBFC was DMI Finance, now I have applied for a PL in HDFC bank, and obviously they will ask for NOC of these loans which is in my CIBIL, so I have paid all my dues which was till the next year, and closed the slice account from my end & also they have closed the account from their end also.
But, this 2 loan account still showing in my CIBIL, & I totally agree that it will take few days to get reflect in my CIBIL, but they must have to provide the NOC of those 2 accounts, without NOC, HDFC bank is not proceeding with the Loan & which is totally fine, they need NOC.
NOC is the right of every person after Loan closure, but they are not providing the NOC of those 2 accounts which is shoeing in my CIBIL.
The only request from my end is to please help me in getting the NOC from DMI Finance, they can’t deny the fact that They have to give me the NOC of those 2 accounts in my CIBIL.
