Hi Sir/ma’am,
I ordered mi tv 5a 2022 model from Flipkart on 27 July 2022 and made the payment through credit card.from the date of order and till now the order status is only confirmed status not shipped yet.I was communicated with the customer care of Flipkart and told them if they are not able to release the product then cancel the order and refund me the amount but they were said same thing all the time that the issue will be resolved in two days please wait and extended the issues resolved date , some time the
In app the status of issues resolution is resolved but i didn’t get any update .I also dropped them mailed but no postive response get from their side.
