i have made a payment of 19773 rupees for my credit card through CRED App on 15/03/2021 but payment not reflected in my credit card till now & also not getting any refund for payment failure that is debited from my account.
I received a mail from CRED App that my refund is completed but i didn’t get any refund.
Also I have shared my account statements 3 times with them but every time they asked for same.
Please help me
