i didn’t get my refund till date for the refernece number REF352504096. i followed all the rules of travolook, they are just showing different types useless excuses .initially they told me to wait for 5 to 7 working days ,then 10 to 15 working days .then after completion of 23 days they again told me to wait for 48 to 72 hours.then i tried calling on4th oct 2021,they didnt respond.they told me to wait for till weekend for refund on 12.10.2021. I know i will not get my money back after completion of of time limit also. what a harassing website is this ? i also suit a case in public grievances portal with Grievance number -2973109,however no refund till date ? why Govt. not banning this useless, fraud company. People from different corner wasting their energy and time by calling travolook customer care. ..i request Modi Govt to ban this company at earlist.else after someday they will take crores of customer money and company will be closed like vijay mallya , nirav modi case.. i have all the recordings they did the false commitment again and again. Very much harassing, frustrating experience ever.
