Hii my name is kamala . My order id is 404-2437186-7032300 . I ordered a saree but i received a different saree , so i contacted customer service executive they told me to wait for 1 week to return request pick . I waited,they pickedup my product . Again i contacted customer support but they told me to wait for another 15 days , i waited but now they are telling they can’t give any replace and refund, my money and my product with you . What should I do now tell me. This is the way you treat customer tell me . How can you do this. I want my money back or product back or else i will move for legal action. Thank you
