On 13th September 2023 I recharged my phone number with 779+3(convenience fee)=782/- through SIMPL app in which 782/- got deducted from my paylater account.Now neither my recharged has done nor no response/reply from SIMPL end.Today forcefully I got my account recharged separately.So now I want my money back to my debited account.
