, I have ordered one product and I have requested for return… on 30 Oct 2021 delivery agent came and picked up my order and didnt provide any receipt orr I didnt receive any pickup confirmation message…… now, when I am asking for refund from (Meesho customer care) firstly they said to wait for a day ,but I didn’t get any positive response then again I call to customer care they said to send bank statement in pdf and then I will get my money between 24 to 47 hours which also I have given to them but then also I didn’t get my money back … I mentioned he didnt provide anything….Meesho customer care agents are too rude they disconnect the call in between…. now “Meesho is not providing my refund”….. i am stuck in between this….. I dont have the product withself even i dont have my money.. ..Being a customer this is my right to chase my money. Please help me.
