i am surojit i ordered a phone on 17 september 2020 i replaced it after that i returned it as the replaced piece was also not working after that i got a check as refund on 14 oct 2020 and the name of account holder was incorrect.after that i submitted the request on 14 oct that please cancel my check and refund me in my bank account but today on 6th nov i didn’t get my refund.when i called customer care on 3rd nov the customer care said that you’ll get your refund in your bank account on 6th nov but on 6th nov i didn’t get my refund and today (6 nov)they are saying that you’ll get your refund on 13 nov.plz solve this issue for me.it is ruining amazon’s image on customers.
