I have booked a redmi 9 Power mobile through Amazon app on 23 Jan 2021, which delivery date is 9 Feb 2021. For what I have paid 9899 ₹.But on 8 Feb 2021 Amazon cancelled this order and refund only 8999₹ in my original payment method and 1000₹ created in Amazon pay balance. Which is only used through Amazon. But I don’t want to use Amazon anymore. When I contact their customer care they told that they cannot cancelled this 1000₹ Amazon pay balance in my original payment method
