I booked JIOFIBRE on 28th July 2021 and there representative came over and took the amount of Rs.1500. But they were unable to install the connection due to their technical issue. Then I cancelled the installation on 7th August 2021 and they informed me via mail that within 5-7 days the refund will be processed to its origin account. But till now I did not get back my money. The customer care did not picked up my calls. I sent lots of emails regarding this but still no solutions. Kindly help. I will attach the screenshot along.
