I have sent messages to port my number so many times since 5 February 2023. But VI is not not generating UPC code. I have sent PORT 8899027878 to 1900 but in reply VI has sent UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
