For the last 10 days after being I’ve choosed my new plan as per TRAI, my digital TV does not work. I complaint to airtel customer care for the same on 4 or 5 of this month and they assured me to give us some time and your problem has been resolved before 07.02.2019 but till now the condition is same. Not a single channel is working and the daily burn rate is running without any hassle. Therefore, you are requested to kindly take a serious action on this. This is not the way to doing business (providing no service to customer and charge full amount). I once again requested you to resolve the problem and tell them to refund all my money back to my account which you deduct for the time you had not provided any services as soon as possible. I already face problem for the last 10 days.
