I have paid Rs. 4000/- on this February to Tata play and they told me 429/- monthly package for nine month that will finish in October & Novermber but now they are are saying your money finished and pay 864/- per month. When i checked with them on customer care they told there are three additional channel added in my package ( South Movie, Vadic Math and English movie) . I asked them regarding this with whom given your permission or request to add this channel then they told We will call you after checking but they never called me. I am chasing them on call, watsup & mail but get solution of this issue. Please help me to get my money back. It is fraud. they are cheating us.
