I renewed my connection and paid full money for optical fiber plan. Currently router is old and they claimed that within 15 days they will come and replace the router. But it has been 4 months and no body has come to replace it. Current connection also has intermittent issues. They are taking full money at start and their service is worst. I have requested optical fiber router installation multiple times but no action has been taken yet.
