Refer order no 55024. I ordered amazfit active edge smart watch from amazfit official site on 10 apr 2024. Amount of smart watch was 12700 rupees that i paid already through UPI. An email I received today drom amazfit india that they cant not deliver the order on this address and asked me to edit or update the address. After this i went to the official site and i click on the option edit/ cancel order but it shown error and not found any order. I constantly contacting to customer care and send many emails but there was no response from their side.
