Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery of ‘Whirlpool 7 Kg 5 Star Royal Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (WHITEMAGIC ROYAL 7.0 GENX, Grey, Hard Water Wash) ‘ which i ordered on your website.
I ordered 17.01.2023 the ‘Whirlpool 7 Kg 5 Star Royal Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (WHITEMAGIC ROYAL 7.0 GENX, Grey, Hard Water Wash) ‘ ordered id: 403-2819765-4145950 through Amazon website .I through that it will be gifted to my relatives of house opening ceremony.
I checked the selling policy and terms regarding delivery, it was quite clear that this ‘Whirlpool 7 Kg 5 Star Royal Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (WHITEMAGIC ROYAL 7.0 GENX, Grey, Hard Water Wash) will delivered within 8 days(25.01.2023) and it was suitable for me because the Relative house opening ceremony 25.01.2023 evening.However, I didn’t receive the order as of 25.01.2023 EOD.
I am continuously in escalation issue 5 time’s with Amazon customer care executive from Yesterday , but iam not receiving on time because of his false commitments.
