Text of Complaint by Santosh Kumar Singh:

I have purchased a wrangler T Shirt through Flipkart on 23 jun 2020.They promised to deliver it by 30 jun 2020. They did not deliver and revised the date to 02 July. In between I have written them many times but they did not reply. On 02 July after 1200 hrs night they placed a message that issue will be resolved on 10 july mean for next 9 days I should not ask for any reply. I kept on crying but the never responded. On 11 july they again displayed a message that issue unresolved. I sent message but they shown their arrogance. After 23 they started conversation and asked me to cancel my order. My question was why I have been humiliated. They never replied to this. The only suggestion they given that I should cancel my order. I asked I need a T shirt. Now today they forcibly cancelled my order and posted a refund message. And they say money will come to my account on or after 20 july. They have kept my money with them for around one month. Forcibly cancelled my order and tortured mea mentally, physically and Economically for a month . I request a proper action against flipkart and rights of the consumers must be protected.
