Hi,
I have ordered dresses for 1300 rs and i paid full amount through G-Pay. But i havent received the orders for 0neweek so i mailed to customer service which they provided in portal. Then they responded that its dispatched you will receive in one week they said. Then after 2 weeks again i asked then they responded that due to COVID situation we unable to send the parcel so wait for 0ne week you will receive your refund they said. But after that they are responding for mail. Its completely a forgery group. Using online portal they are missusing we are not able to beleive any online shopping due to this forgery ppls. But we dont have other options to buy dresses in outside shops due to this pandemic situations. Dresses are very important for daily life. So we buying in online, many are affected by this type of forgery ppls. Please help us to get the money back. I ordered it on june15 till now there is no respond from them. I have attached mail details for your reference. Please do favour.
