I ordered a tab phone with recived ID #1371643123 & payment ID of 10682269345 but there were no message or information of being delivered it’s already 10 days of orders

  1. I brought a prepaid wall clock worth Rs.1800 on 14th March,2022 from Evergreen impex(Facebook Marketplace) by Anwar Hussain(8535031258/8077607043). I received a defective product which i asked the business owner to either replace or refund. He said there is no refund but he can replace it with fresh piece with Rs.150 Shipping charge. After he received the product neither he answers my calls nor messages. He has also blocked me so that i could not place him call and ask for the refund or product. Every time i try from another number he says u will get in 7 days since 4 months.
